Hopkins County EMS Appreciation Week

EMS Week is a time to honor and celebrate the paramedics, EMTs, 911 dispatchers, and administrative staff behind the scenes for the critical and selfless role they play in our communities.

In 2022, will be celebrating our EMS first responders in all four counties that serve Hopkins County Hospital District (Hopkins, Rains, Delta, and Franklin)

Throughout the week, on our community’s and sponsor's behalf, we will work together with volunteers to make EMS Week special to the men and women on duty.

Volunteers will help provide catered breakfast, lunches, and desert to each department.

Local school children and teachers get involved by sending cards, pictures, and letters of appreciation to the first responders. 

​

Due to the nationwide shortage that we are currently experiencing, a blood drive is set up in honor of the men and women that serve on the EMS Team. 

​

This event is approaching quickly, and we are seeking volunteers and sponsors in all four counties that Hopkins County currently serves.
